Fee

One-third of the position's first year estimated cash compensation

Term

One-third is due upon proposal acceptance
One-third is due within 30 days
One-third is due within 60 days

Expenses

Expenses billed as incurred
No expenses will be incurred without prior approval
General expenses include; field interviews, candidate travels, telephone and other out-of-pocket sourcing expenses
1% telecommunications fee also applies
