Within these industries, Ginny has assisted many organizations achieve optimal performance through identification and recruitment of top talent. She brings a specialized expertise in the recruitment of physician executives into CMO, VPMA, and Medical Director roles. Moreover, Ginny understands the importance of speed and an efficient search process that will ensure positive results.
